Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or refund request.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vanity Vitamins Limited cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on full-priced items only. Items purchased at a discounted price, as part of a promotional bundle, or using a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, Vanity Vitamins Limited will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.
Faulty or damaged products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Vanity Vitamins Limited. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a discounted bundle are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be considered where a product is proven to be faulty.
