Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on the Sandy website, owned and operated by Vanity Vitamins Limited, 12 Short Street, Matamata, 3400, New Zealand.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Domestic Shipping β New Zealand
We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
Sandy ships internationally to the following countries:

We do not currently ship to the European Union or any other countries not listed above.
Important Notice for International Customers
All international orders are shipped on the basis that products are for personal use only. By placing an international order, you confirm that you are purchasing Sandy products for your own personal consumption and not for commercial resale or distribution.
Our products are manufactured in New Zealand to New Zealand food safety standards. While our ingredients are permitted in the US, UK and Canada, customs regulations vary and are subject to change. Vanity Vitamins Limited cannot guarantee that every international shipment will clear customs in the destination country, and we are not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities.
Estimated International Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the full responsibility of the customer. Sandy has no control over these charges and is unable to predict what they may be.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you have any concerns about potential import duties or taxes.
Please note the following country-specific considerations:
United States β Our ingredients are fully permitted as dietary supplements under US regulations. Most personal use orders pass through US customs without issue.
United Kingdom β Our ingredients are permitted under UK food supplement law. Orders must comply with UK labelling standards. The UK may limit some supplement imports to a 90-day supply per order. Please ensure your order does not exceed this quantity.
Canada β Our ingredients are permitted under Health Canada's Natural Health Products framework. Most personal use orders pass through Canadian customs without issue.
Responsibilities & Liability
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. Vanity Vitamins Limited is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect address information.
If a package is refused, returned, destroyed, or seized by customs due to circumstances beyond our control, Vanity Vitamins Limited will be unable to reship the order, and shipping costs will not be refunded. If a refused or returned package is received back by us in its original condition, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all orders. Sandy cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We are unable to investigate or action lost order claims made after this period.
